Vehicle Maintenance Schedule: 
Each driver is to conduct a daily inspection of his/her vehicle. The daily inspection may be completed as part of the pre-trip or as a post-trip. Drivers are to report any and all defects requiring maintenance or servicing to the dispatcher. The dispatcher will consult with the coordinator and the maintenance staff to schedule repairs.
