PEAC (pronounced “peak”), which stands for Paratransit Education and Advocacy Collaborative, is a project of the Texas Citizen Fund, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Austin, Texas. We are a three-year project funded by the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities. PEAC is a statewide organization, working specifically in and around four Texas communities: Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, and Tyler.
