MetroAccess Policy Changes
Capital Metro is proposing changes to MetroAccess, and we want your feedback. We invite you to attend one of the following Open Houses to learn about the changes and give us your input.

Proposed Changes
Capital Metro has proposed some changes to MetroAccess that, if implemented, will help reduce telephone hold times, increase the dependability of the scheduled time for your trips, and improve the overall efficiency of the program. Due to continued decreased sales tax revenue, Capital Metro is also considering a fare increase to help develop a balanced budget for next year.
In conjunction with these changes, we're making improvements to our automated phone system and adding new online reservation and cancellation tools that allow customers to schedule and cancel trips 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additionally, customers can sign up to receive trip itineraries via email the day before their travel.
