Welcome!

You’ve come to the right place if you want to be part of the solution in addressing Paratransit services in Texas.

Our goal is to provide you with ample resources to assist you in advocating for better, accessible public tranpsortation in Texas.  No issue is too small or too large. There are several ways to get started:

  • Go to the Self Advocacy Tools page as a first step in problem solving.
  • Go to the Paratransit Information page for a summary of general paratransit guidelines.
  • Go to the Provider List page to gather specifics on provider policies, procedures and data.
  • Contact Us for technical assistance on info not found here or for clarification.
  • Go to the About Us page to find out more about PEAC.

We also invite your input with a short English version or Spanish version transportation survey.

(Tarrant County residents, please use this English version or Spanish version.)

PEAC uses this collected data to better define the specific transportation barriers you're experiencing in your area of Texas.

You can become locally involved also by following the links below. These can help you identify opportunities in your area to provide input on transportation and pedestrian-related projects.  People with disabilities are needed in every locality to address the barriers not commonly encountered by those involved in the Regional Service Planning (RSP) process, carried out by Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs).  There are 25 MPOs in Texas.   Find your specific area listed below, then find the meeting schedule, and become involved.
